Unleash your speed with the Jet RC Pro Series: a disc brake-specific aero wheelset built for triathletes, time trialists, and road racers who demand real-world performance. Handbuilt in Minnesota, these wheels combine the control of disc braking with the proven aerodynamic advantage of HED’s hybrid carbon/alloy rim construction.

Jet Pro Disc Brake wheels are a go-to for TT and triathlon bikes, but they're just as capable on aero road bikes, gravel rigs, and endurance builds. Designed to optimize aerodynamics even with wider tires, they offer confident handling, smooth rolling, and serious speed on any course.

Technology That Leads

HED’s Plus rim technology changed the game in 2014. The Jet RC Pro features a 25mm outer width, 21mm internal width, and multiple depth options: 46mm (Jet 4), 60mm (Jet 6), 90mm (Jet 9), and full disc. The alloy rim paired with a carbon fairing creates a responsive, stable, and aerodynamic platform, with a sleek black finish for a clean, modern look.

Hub + Brake Compatibility

Featuring Centerlock rotor mounts and thru axle compatibility. The front wheel is set up for 12mm thru axle; the rear hub comes standard with your choice of Shimano HG or SRAM XDR freehub bodies.

Tubeless-Ready Performance

Jet RC Pro rims can be run tubed or tubeless using optional valves, allowing you to dial in comfort, grip, and rolling resistance to match your race setup.

TECHNICAL NOTES

1. For all types of bicycle wheels, a hard strike on the rim is likely to result in rim damage. At the point of impact, an aluminum rim will dent, and a carbon rim may delaminate – both are unsafe conditions that require rim replacement.

2. Tire pressure = 80psi MAX

3. We do NOT recommend hanging a bike equipped with Jet wheels from hooks – this can damage the carbon skin and will not be covered under warranty.
