⚠️ IMPORTANT TRAVEL NOTICE

PLEASE DO NOT ROUTE THROUGH RAWSONVILLE

Due to a washed-away bridge on the Brandvlei side of Rawsonville, the normal route through Rawsonville to Brandvlei is currently not accessible.

If you are travelling from Cape Town or the surrounding areas, please continue through to Worcester and approach Brandvlei from the Worcester side.

🚗 Allow approximately 15 minutes of additional travel time

Please factor this extra time into your journey and leave earlier than you normally would to ensure that you arrive at the event with enough time for registration and race preparation.

Do not rely solely on your GPS, as some navigation apps may still attempt to route you through Rawsonville.

📍 GETTING THERE VIA THE N1

Recommended route from Cape Town:

Take the N1 towards Worcester and continue through to Worcester before heading towards Brandvlei Prison.

Allow approximately 15 minutes extra travel time compared with the usual Rawsonville route.

If travelling via the N2, follow the route towards Worcester and then continue to Brandvlei.

Do not attempt to access Brandvlei via Rawsonville, as the bridge on the Brandvlei side is currently washed away.
