Whether you are an IRONMAN World Champion or first race newby, Orca gives athletes at all levels the opportunity to personalise your team's competition and training gear without sacrificing the Orca quality that you love so much.

In the triathlon and cycling categories, you will be able to choose from different ranges, which go from Core to Perform or RS1. For cycling, we have also developed a specific range for adverse weather
conditions, such as cold temperatures, wind or rain. You will no longer have an excuse to stay inside.

order process

We have 2 options for you to choose from; the semi-custom option, or the 100% customised option.

The semi-custom option allows you to pick from a design and add in your team or club colours along with club or sponsors logo’s.

The 100% custom option is used when you want to start from scratch and design your own garment. This is totally possible, but we will need the following information from you:

  • If you already have a predefined design and you would like us to copy it, just send us images of the design as well as the artwork files for any logos. We will  simply update an existing design.

  • If, on the contrary, you don't have a concrete idea and you would like to start from a blank page we can work through this process with you but we will need you to give us some ideas:

BRIEFING

  • Send us a brief containing those pictures you like or feel inspired by; gear you like, graphics that catch your attention, objects that you would like to add and styles you identify with, whether it is because of the colour, the image' s style or the graphic appearing on it. Pictures that inspire you.
  • If you already have a more developed idea of whatever you want, capture it on a document and send it to us. All ideas are welcome!
  • COLOUR. If you want to use specific colours in your gear, send us the International Pantone number of the colour.

    THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:

    • Minimum order quantity per article is 6 pcs per style on the first order. Please note that each garment is a style eg. Mens trisuit and Women’s trisuit will be 2 styles. 

    • Re-orders are 2 pieces per style.

    • Delivery is approximately 9 - 11 weeks from close of order.
